Hey guys,

First let me say I'm glad to be part of the staff. I look forward to doing my part to help the team be successful and working with you guys to get this thing rolling.

That said, I wanted to mention a couple of things in regards to the offense that I'm working on in tactics and would like to try with Frazier's tactics.

1. I've been working to reduce the long pass. As seen, Frazier can make the long throws - even under pressure - but it shouldn't be a staple of the offense. I'm adding more medium passing but we'll use the long ball when the situation calls for it.

2. I'd like to go with Sullivan as a favorite target. It'd seem like it's been that way all along but it hasn't. Bort tweaked it so the AI exploits favorable matchups and I think that's at the root of it. I figure if Sullivan is Frazier's fav target, he'll always be the 1st read and then TayTay will checkdown to next wr if Sully's not open.

These are just some things I'm working on and think might help the offense run smoother.

Thoughts?

I just finished cleaning up the 4th down tactics. We almost lost the game due to some B.S. risk-taking - 4&8 on our own 33 and we go for it even though we're by 4 with 3minutes left in the 3rd qtr.

I think we need to look at the sub in/sub out settings and re-do the WR depth chart.

I don't know about the favorite target setting. Never really tried it... just kind of assumed it wasn't a good idea. I would suggest that you try it out against our next opponent, they're lower-level and if it does hurt us we won't lose.
