Special teams are killing our team unnecessarily
Guys, we have RBs, OTs, etc with 90+ energy after games. We have people in positions of need struggling to keep up with similar players on other teams.
I brought it up enough times to where I wonder if you even consider what I say.
A bunch of talk about how certain positions are getting killed on energy. Yet the Hippos continue to sap them, game after game, for ST.
ST USES UP 3-4 TIMES THE ENERGY, PER PLAY. These guys are getting killed because they are getting over-used, despite low snap counts that are prolly making them less interested in staying Hippos.
There is 0 reason why sub-in/sub-out can't be configured with ST duty to maximize success and game XP. There are hugely successful teams out there with 10% less staff (=much less per day expenditures) balancing all of the above. AND, they have less fat to pay daily, meanwhile, each player is maximizing XP.
We need to talk this out, IMO.

I have to agree with Monti on this one. Our Defense isn't very deep and we are getting killed out there. It didn't help that we almost had twice as many plays on defense than offense, but ST killed it even more. Rickey, I know its tough but we need to find a good balance because that energy depletion also effects on how our defensive players perform when they have to be in there on defense.

I'll fix it, I'll change our defensive players out for offensive players. That'll fix everything for our defense.
